SEO Strategy Roadmap

A plan your team can run

Your audits already say what is wrong. This turns them into a queue: every job carries the finding it came from, an owner, an effort in days of your team, and a month. Nothing new is found, and nothing already found is lost.

Sound familiar?

What the audits leave you to decide

  1. month one

The audit lands. Sixty findings, all of them real, and no two people in the room agree on which one to start with.

  2. month three

Three items are done, none of them the expensive ones, and the file has stopped being opened.

An audit tells you what is wrong. It does not tell you what to do first, who does it, or what it costs your team.

How the order is decided

The order follows the money

Every finding goes through the same three questions, in this order. The answer decides where it lands, and the order is the product.

before

Sixty findings, sorted by severity, which is a ranking of how alarming they sound.

after

Sixty findings in the order they pay back, and the ones that pay back nothing named as such.

The order is the whole product. Everything above it you already own.

The deliverable

What you get

The queue itself

One row per job: what to do, the findings it came from, the owner, the effort in days of your team, and the month it lands in.

Every job has an owner

Developer, SEO or content, so nothing sits waiting on the wrong person for a month.

A number on every finding

Every finding from every report on one sheet, with a running number, so each row of the plan can be traced back to it.

What is not being done

The findings left out, each with the reason. It is what makes the rest a decision.

A written read

Two pages for whoever signs off: what is holding the site back, what happens first, and what is being skipped.

The sheet nobody else sends

What is deliberately left out

Every finding either lands in the roadmap or lands here, with a reason. Nothing is quietly dropped, and the sheet is never trimmed to look better.

These are examples. A plan that contains everything is not a plan.

Before you order

What the roadmap needs to exist

It is built on findings, so there have to be findings. Check your own file against three lines - it takes a minute.

  • Each finding says what is wrong, in one line
  • Each finding names the pages it affects
  • Those pages come with impressions

Analyses bought here, or the Flagship Combo

Everything is already in the right shape. $1,399, and it starts on payment.

Your own audits, all three lines present

Send them with the brief. $1,399, the same as above.

Your own audits, no impressions

Read-only Search Console access covers it - the numbers get pulled from there. Still $1,399.

Audits too thin to work from

Then the honest answer is a Full Technical Audit first, and the roadmap after it. I will say so before any money moves.

A roadmap built without findings is a guess, and a guess at this price is not something I will sell.

How it works

From findings to a dated queue

  1. 1

    Send the brief

Your site, your horizon, who changes what, and the audits you have. Six questions below.

  2. 2

    Findings get numbered

Every finding from every report onto one sheet, with a running number and the pages it touches.

  3. 3

    The queue arrives

The roadmap, the findings behind it, the sheet of what is not being done, and the written read.

What the roadmap costs

The findings are already yours. What this adds is the order they get done in, an owner on each one, and the effort written in days of your team.

Questions

Good to know

Can you build it from audits that are not yours?

Yes, if they are under three months old and each finding names the pages it affects. I spot-check five of them before building on top. If the file is too thin to work from, I say so before any money moves and point you at the audit instead.

Does this find anything new?

No, and that is the point. Everything in the roadmap traces back to a finding you already have. A row without a finding number does not exist in the file.

How long a horizon does it cover?

The one you plan on. If you work in quarters the roadmap lands in quarters; if the team plans a year out, it stretches to a year. The brief asks, and the answer sets it.

What if we cannot do some of it?

That is what the questions about your team are for. Effort is written in days of your people, and anything you said cannot change - the CMS, the domain, the URL structure - never appears in the plan at all.

Will it tell me what traffic to expect?

No. It says what to do, in what order, and why that order. Anyone selling you a number for month six is selling you a number.

What format do I get back?

A formatted XLSX with the roadmap, the numbered findings, the sheet of what is not being done and the sources behind it, plus the written read as PDF.

What if the roadmap is not right?

Cancel before work starts and the prepayment comes back in full. Once work has started, the scope printed on the card is the standard: one revision round is included, and if it still doesn't match that scope, the order is refunded in full. The full wording is on the guarantees page.
