Master Content Plan
Hand a writer the plan and they can start
Every page decided before a word is written: the title and description done, the angle for the writer, the image prompt, and a publication date. You choose the pace, and the plan becomes a calendar that runs for months.
- One revision included
- Everything in writing
- You set the publishing pace
An example page, written the way each one arrives.
Sound familiar?
What the clusters leave you to decide
- monday
You hand a writer the cluster list. The first question back is what the article should be called, and the second is what it should say.
- by friday
Three articles exist, two of them overlap, none has a description, and nobody knows what goes out next week.
A list of topics is not a plan. Someone still has to decide the title, the angle and the order.
- cluster 14 - trail running shoes
- cluster 22 - shoe care
- cluster 31 - sizing
- cluster 44 - brands
- cluster 51 - injuries
- cluster 63 - races
- cluster 70 - nutrition
- cluster 88 - gear
and 240 more like it
The difference
Every page decided before a word is written
A cluster tells you a page should exist. It does not tell the writer what to call it, what angle to take, what it must not repeat from the page next door, or when it goes out. That is the work, and it is what comes back - for every page, not for the first ten.
Every page still needs a title, an angle, a place and a date before anyone can write it.
A writer opens a row and starts writing; an editor sees what goes out this week and what it must not overlap.
The plan is finished work, and it runs on your calendar rather than a wish list.
The deliverable
What you get
A title and description per page
Search title, description and excerpt written to length for each page, so nothing waits on somebody inventing them at publish time. The article itself is not part of this.
An address for every page
Slug, breadcrumb and full URL written into each row, so two pages never end up competing for the same query. Designing the site structure is a separate job - this places the pages the analysis already found.
A brief per page
The angle to take, the ground to cover, and what belongs to the page next door instead - written as fields, so a writer or a generation run works from the same sheet.
An image prompt per page
What the image must show, written next to the page and ready to paste into a generator - so the article never waits on somebody choosing a photo. Generating the images is yours.
Dated at your pace
The same hundred pages can run over three months or over a year - you name the frequency and the dates fall out of it.
How it works
From clusters to a publishing queue
- 1
Send the analysis and the site
Your clustered semantics - mine or your own - plus the domain, the market and what the site earns from.
- 2
I write the plan
Every page gets its metadata, its address, its brief and its image prompt, and the sections get an order.
- 3
You set the pace
Tell me how often you want to publish and the dates are written in, so the plan arrives as a calendar you can hand out.
Pricing
Priced by the size of the plan
A writer briefing themselves costs a day per article before a word is written. This is that decision made once, for every page at once.
Master Content Plan
from $2,890
scope follows the analysis it is built on
- A title, description and placement for every page
- A brief and an image prompt for each one
- Dates at the frequency you choose
- One revision
How many pages the plan covers comes from the analysis behind it, so the exact figure and the price come back together with the invoice.
The brief
The whole brief takes about two minutes
Your site?
The site the plan is written for. A new domain is fine - say so and the plan starts from nothing.
Which market and language?
A second language is a second plan, quoted separately.
Do you have a clustered analysis?
The plan is built on one. If there is none yet, the analysis comes first and both arrive as one job.
How often do you want to publish?
This sets the calendar. The number of pages comes from the analysis, not from this answer.
What is the plan for?
Select all that apply.
Where does the plan go?
You'll get the invoice and the delivery date there first.
Anything else? (optional)
Your clustered analysis, or any export you already have. Up to 5 files, 45 MB each; for anything bigger, drop a link in the brief.
Got it
What would you like to know?
Only your question is sent - the order is not placed. To place the order, go back and send the brief with Pay & send the order - it has a comments field too.

Questions
Good to know
I already have clusters - why is this a separate thing?
Because a cluster says a page should exist and stops there. Someone still has to decide what it is called, what it argues, what it must not repeat from its neighbour, where it sits and when it goes out. Doing that once for every page is the work you are buying.
Can a writer work straight from it?
That is what it is built for. A writer opens a row and has the title, the angle, the ground to cover and the length; an editor sees what goes out this week. The same fields drive a generation run, so the plan holds whether a person or a model writes the page.
Does this include the articles?
No - this is the plan the articles get written from. It covers every page down to its title, brief and date; the writing itself is yours to hand out, to your team or to whoever you use.
How many pages will there be?
As many as the analysis supports - the clustering decides how many pages the niche actually needs, and the plan describes each of them. The figure is confirmed with the invoice before anything starts.
What if I do not have an analysis yet?
Then it comes first - the clustering decides how many pages there are before the plan can describe them. Say so in the brief and both come back as one job.
How long does it take?
It depends on how many pages the plan covers; the schedule is confirmed with the invoice before anything starts.
What exactly lands in my inbox?
A sheet you can share with whoever writes: every page planned and placed, with its brief, its image prompt and its date, and the sections in the order to build them.
What if the plan is not right?
Cancel before work starts and the prepayment comes back in full. Once work has started, the scope printed on the card is the standard: one revision round is included, and if it still doesn't match that scope, the order is refunded in full. The full wording is on the guarantees page.
